
Two Augusta Schools Locked Down For Investigation Of Suspicious Man In The Area- No Injuries Reported
Augusta's Farrington Elementary School and Cony High School were on lockdown earlier today due to a report of a suspicious person in the area. But, according to school officials, no students were in danger.According to a report on WMTW, both schools were locked down after students reported seeing a suspicious man in the woods. Police were called to the scene to investigate at around 12:15 pm. Police have said no injuries have been reported and the area is secured while the investigation is ongoing.
