What’s The Deal With Hearts In People’s Windows?

Have you been wondering why you have been seeing hearts in the windows of many Augusta houses and apartments?

According to a post on the Gilbert Elementary School Facebook page, it is a project put on by the Augusta School District.  The idea is for local families, at some point later this week, to take a walk around their neighborhood to see how many hearts they can spot.  The post even encourages people to take a selfie and post it to the page.

Such a GREAT idea!  And, a great way to encourage kids to get outside for some fresh air and exercise.
