And The Winner Of Meanest Mom Ever…

I have officially obtained my 1,259 award for Meanest Mom Ever!  The award ceremony was held at my house yesterday and believe me...there were tears.  It's a tough job holding such a title, but someone has to do it.  I never did see Mike Rowe do this job on his Dirty Jobs show...I guess, some jobs are just too tough.

What did I do, you ask.  I'm sure every parent has had to do this at one point.  I had to convince my 5 year-old that it was time to wash her favorite toy.  It's a Sophia the First doll that she carries EVERWHERE.  Poor Sophia was black around the neck from dirt.  For sanitation purposes, this doll NEEDED a bath.  I wasn't backing down and in the end, I won.
