The Big Bang Theory, T.V.’s top rated and most watched sitcom is supposed to go into production for the eighth season at the end of July, but there is a problem. The stars of the show are seeking a pay raise and have not been signed to new contract yet.

Jim Parsons (Sheldon), Johnny Galecki (Leonard), Kaley Cuoco ( Penny), Simon Helberg (Howard) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj) are looking for a huge pay raise, believed to be holding out for a $1 million per episode. Its Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco seeking the big money. They currently receive $325,00 an episode and are negotiating for a million. Helberg and Nayyar are also looking for a salary increase but not as much.

The cast is not expected to walk out walk during negotiations, but are negotiating together.
