Central Maine Strongman, Saturday, March 30th at the Augusta State Armory

You might have seen the World's Strongest Man competitions on ESPN. They pull buses, flip tires, and do so many amazing feats of strength. You'll get a chance to see some local athletes show how strong they are this Saturday at the Augusta State Armory. It's the 6th annual Central Maine Strongman.It all begins at 9:30 a.m. and events will include: The Overhead Press Medley, Descending Deadlift, Yolk Walk, Conan's Wheel and Atlas Stones. There will be several different divisions for men,women and teens.

It's just a five dollar admission fee and it's a benefit event for the Augusta Little League.

So get the camera ready and see some amazing feats of strength. It's all happening tomorrow at the Augusta State Armory.
