Check Out The Father’s Day Gift Sarah Had Made For Her Husband

It's so hard to get the perfect gift for that special dad.  I wanted to share this sooner, but then the secret would have been revealed and it wouldn't have been a surprise.  Now you can see this great idea AND maybe do it for a birthday or another special occasion.  I took a very special t-shirt and had it turned into a pillowcase that fits a Euro pillow.  

What makes this t-shirt so special is that my husband wore it the day our daughter was born.  He's worn it so much since that special day that it became very tattered.  About a year ago, I suggested he stop wearing it and save it for Chloe to have when she's older.  So, he tucked it away.  On Pinterest, I've been seeing ideas on preserving special articles of clothing.  I decided to have my Aunt reinforce the shirt and  turn it into a pillow case.

Now my husband can enjoy this nice pillow and Chloe can still have it when she's older.
