Christmas At Old Fort Western and Downtown Augusta Tree Lighting

 [/caption]This Saturday, Christmas fills the air in Downtown Augusta. The annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration will feature plenty of events on Saturday in downtown Augusta, including Christmas at Old Fort Western. The family will enjoy a reading of The Night Before Christmas, caroling, hot chocolate and mulled cider will be served.

Christmas at Old Fort Western will run from 2pm to 4pm and it's just part of the Downtown Augusta Celebration. The family can enjoy horse drawn wagon rides and trolley rides. Santa arrives downtown at 2:30pm. There will be entertainment at Market Square and the tree lighting is set for 5pm with fireworks to follow.
