Country News: The Voice Team Blake Wins Again

The winner of season 13 of The Voice was announced last night and the winner is…Chloe Kohanski. On the tasteofcountry.com the rock-oriented vocalist who was coached by Blake Shelton, won over runner-up Addison Agen. That is Shelton’s sixth win as a coach.

The Next Women of Country Tour will hit 15 cities across the country in 2018 for 15 dates. The fourth annual event will feature Sara Evans as the headliner with opening acts RaeLynn, Kalie Shorr. According to tasteofcountry.com the tour will kick off on February 12 in New York and conclude on April 7 in Mobile, Alabama.

Luke Bryan’s new album, What Makes You Country, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. It’s his sixth studio album and the fifth that has debuted at #1. In addition it is his third consecutive album to debut at #1 on the all genre Billboard 200 chart. According to tasteofcountry.com the lead single, Light It Up, is his 19^th chart topping single.
