Dieting is NEVER easy.  It's a constant mind game.  Picking a good time to start dieting:  you don't want to do it during the holidays.  You don't want to do it during summer.  There's too much junk food in the house this week, let me eat it all...so I'm not tempted to eat it and start tomorrow.  Yea, you know what I'm talking about.  I'm here to tell you to stop it!  Reprogram your thoughts to: I can.  I will.  End of story. 

Look, these things always take time.  After all, the weight didn't appear over night.  But, let me tell you what 3 weeks can do for you.  In 3 weeks, on Mend-A-Body Solutions,  I have lost 14 pounds.  At 2 weeks, I had already lost 3 inches off of my waist.  I feel great!  My skin has cleared up.  My headaches are gone.  I have more energy.

Some amazing milestones already:  I am able to wear my wedding ring again.  I can tie my shoe without having to take a deep breath and act like I'm jumping into a pool when I bend over.  I can put my jeans in the dryer.  Yup, no worries about pulling, tugging, ripping, breaking, laying down, using pliers after putting those pants in the dryer.  I can just pull them right up.  Being fat, well...it just plain sucks.

So, start saying "I can.  I will.  End of story!"  Because, 3 weeks is going to come and go whether you do something or not.  I'm now in my 4th week with Mend-A-Body Solutions.  I CAN get through it.  I WILL make it to the other end to tell ya about it.  END OF STORY!
