Maine Gas Prices Down Again This Week; Several Stations Under $3 a Gallon

The gas prices in Maine and across the country are dropping at a brisk pace. According to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com, gas prices in Maine this week dropped seven cents a gallon for a statewide average of $3.21.

Even more exciting news, several gas stations in Maine are reporting prices under $3 a gallon. With a gas station in Pittsfield coming in the lowest in the state at $2.94.

The national average for a gallon of gas is $3.12.
