Maine Gas Prices Slightly Lower This Week

The average price for a gallon of gas in Maine dropped by two cents per gallon this week, for an average of $3.47 a gallon. That's according to the price monitoring website MaineGasPrices.com.The price nationally held steady at $3.27 a gallon.

The lowest gas prices in Maine were found in Kennebunk at $3.32 a gallon.

Montana has the lowest average gas price in the country at $2.99 a gallon.

The lowest price for a gallon of gas that I could find nationally was found in Joplin, Missouri with gas coming in at $2.77 a gallon.
