One Dead After Officer Involved Shooting In Minot

According to WMTW, one man is dead following a Sunday night incident that occurred in the parking lot of a former autobody shop in Minot.

The man was shot by an Androscoggin County Sheriff's Department deputy at around 8 PM.

Law enforcement has not disclosed many details, other than the fact that initial call originated in Auburn.

The Maine Attorney General's Office is investigating and more details should be released Monday afternoon.
