Question Of The Day: Would You Support Making It Illegal To Smoke With A Child In A Car?

New Hampshire lawmakers discussed a bill that if passed would make it illegal to smoke in a vehicle with a child in the car.

Under the new proposal, if you were caught smoking with a passenger under the age of 18, you'd be charged a $100 fine.

Maine passed a law in 2008 , banning smoking in a car where children under 16 are present. However, that law is strictly enforced.
