Should There Be Changes To Maine’s Fireworks Law? [POLL]

Kathleen Staples, mother to 22-year old Devon Staples, who died from lighting a fireworks mortar on his head, is going to reach out to lawmakers about having tighter laws around fireworks.  Staples is suggesting that there it be required for people to take a fireworks safety course.  She compares fireworks with other regulated items, like cars and guns.
