Some Great Events Coming To The KV YMCA [VIDEO]

We had Craig Cameron and Mike Griswold in the studio during the Morning Buzz today to talk about some upcoming events going on at the Kennebec Valley YMCA.  If you ever want to see a complete list of their calendar events, just go to kvymca.org. 

Next Saturday, April 25th from 9am-boon is their annual Healthy Kids Day celebration.  This is a FREE event for the whole family, whether you are a member of the YMCA or not.  The first 50 kids to register will receive a FREE Healthy Kids Day shirt.  You can visit kvymca.org or call them at: 622-9622 to register.

On Saturday, May 23rd it's the 3rd Annual Capital Y Triathlon.  Registration is open and filling up very fast.  So make sure you reserve your spot today!
