Kenny Rogers will come to the rescue of kids affected by Hurricane Sandy next week at his concert date in Englewood, NJ. Along with toymakers Fisher-Price and Mattel, the big-hearted singer has teamed with the Bergen Performing Arts Center and the Englewood Fire Department for a toy drive to collect Christmas toys for children in Bergen County, which was hit hard by the storm.

From November 23 to December 23, Kenny Rogers will be delivering Christmas to venues all over the country. The famed country music star has been celebrating the season every year for 31 years with his Christmas and Hits Tour, and this year will be just as festive.

Kenny Rogers' ballad 'Lucille' may be one of his most well-known works, but in his new book, Luck or Something Like It, Rogers says at least one person very close to him  wasn't amused by the song when it first released.

The facts are staggering: Kenny Rogers has recorded more than 65 albums, which have sold more than 120 million units worldwide, ranking him #8 on the R.I.A.A.’s list of top-selling male artists of all time. However, it is the song titles that people will remember forever.

Legendary country star Kenny Rogers will chronicle his  more than 50 years in entertainment in an upcoming autobiography. Rogers will release 'Luck or Something Like It' tomorrow (Oct. 2) through William Morrow.
