Scarborough's school board voted unanimously on new rules to allow transgender students to use locker rooms and bathrooms that match their gender identity.

I might be the exception to the rule to this one but I love to go grocery shopping! I enjoy the in-store music, the free samples, comparing prices and getting a great deal. I got to talking with Sarah on the morning buzz about our pet peeves while grocery shopping. Sarah's husband doesn't like it when she husks the corn on the cob right in the store!

A new 'clothing optional' restaurant called 'Bunyadi' will be opening in London, England in June. The name of the restaurant comes from the Hindi word that means 'natural' or 'basic'. The restaurant will feature an in the buff waitstaff and clientele.

A bill has passed initial votes in both the Maine State House and Senate that would prevent landlords in public housing from banning tenants from having guns.

Well that didn't take long!  Gas prices in Maine skyrocketed by almost 10 cents per gallon this week and are averaging over $2 per gallon. The statewide average is now at $2.05 per gallon. The national average is now at $2.04 per gallon, up over five cents per gallon this week.
