11 Year Old Maine Girl Charged with Arson

Firefighters responded to the Paris Elementary School yesterday morning for reports of fires in burning in multiple bathrooms. When officials arrived they found a fires burning in one downstairs and one upstairs girl's bathroom. Authorities said the girl lit paper products on fire. The lower bathroom has some soot damage, but classes were cancelled for Wednesday so contractors could repair 'moderate damage' to the school's upstairs girl's room. The 11-year old was charged and released to the custody of her parents.
