2017-2018 Winter Storm Names

The snow that arrived this past Saturday and Sunday had a name to it, Winter Storm ‘Benji.’

At weather.com it was 2013 when the Weather Channel starting naming snow storms and this season in 2017-2018 is no different. Here is the list of snow storms for this winter season. Like Hurricane names they are always in alphabetical order.

The first storm of the season (which we did not get) was called Aiden, followed by Benji (the one we received). Here’s the rest of the list:

Chloe (the one that’s coming)…Dylan…Ethan…Frankie…Grayson…Hunter…Inga…Jaxon…Kalani (a Hawaiian name for snow, interesting)…Liam…Mateo…Noah…Oliver…Polly…Quinn…Riley…Skylar…Toby…Uma…Violoet…Wilber…Xanto…Yvonne…Zoey.

I can take the snow but I hope we don’t get to the X,Y and Z on this list, that would be too many snow storms for my liking. In fact anything after G would too much.
