Andy Capwell’s Week Two ‘Mend A Body’ Update
I started the Mend A Body Solutions program on February 10, 2014 and I have just finished two weeks on the program and am glad to let you know that I have lost 8 pounds so far!The first week I lost 5 pounds and week two 3 more pounds.

Here's something that a co-worker at the radio station, Merry Tracy-St.Pierre, suggested that I try to make. It's a Cabbage Lasagne. I gave it a try, and it was nowhere nearly as good as what Lisa from Lisa's Restaurant in Augusta had made, but it wasn't that bad!
Here's how I made my cabbage lasagne.
1. I bought a tin foil lasagne pan.
2. I bought a head of cabbage.
3. I bought some fat free ricotta cheese.
I thought I had ground turkey, I didn't, so I used turkey and chicken sausage and sauteed it with some onions. I boiled the cabbage until the leaves started to separate from it. I then stripped the cabbage leaves and used those as sheets of pasta. I layered it with the ricotta cheese and sausage mix and topped with pasta sauce and baked at 350 for 40 minutes.
Again, it came out alright, but nothing likes Lisa's.
