The New Augusta, Maine, Aroma Joe’s Location in Now Open

Last fall, we told you that the building being constructed by the (now closed) Denny's restaurant on Civic Center Drive in Augusta was going to be a new Aroma Joe's location.

After months of waiting, opening day for the now coffee spot has finally arrived!

According to a social media post by the owners of the Civic Center Drive location, it opens today (June 16th).

The plan is for the location to be open from 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.

The post mentioned that the 100th customer through drive-thru today will get a special surprise.

What Does Aroma Joe's Serve?

A full-service coffee shop, you can get everything from a basic hot coffee to a cold brew coffee with the AJ's version of cold foam, which is called Cloud Top.

Aroma Joe's also has a line of hand-crafted energy drinks called AJ Rush.  I say hand-crafted because they are able to mix a variety of come up with a unique drink just for you.  I am a huge fan of AJ Rush because they'd don't have that energy drink taste.  They just taste like a refreshing, lightly-carbonated, drink.

Yes, Aroma Joe's has food, too.  In addition to a variety of bakery goods (like donuts), they offer breakfast sandwiches, too.
