The City of Augusta can breathe easier tonight knowing that the police have captured a guinea hen that was roaming free around Central Maine.

The epic tale was shared on the Augusta Police Department's Facebook page, as officers bravely chased down the fleeing bird, which had escaped from its home in Sidney by stowing away in a pickup truck, in the automotive department of Sears.
