Brett Young returns to his love song roots with Catch, the second single released from his album, Ticket to LA.

Brett Young wrote this song alongside Ross Copperman, and Ashley Gorley. Copperman has written a total of 19 #1 songs for artists like, Billy Currington, Luke Bryan, and Keith Urban. While Gorley has won many songwriter of the year awards and has over 40 #1 hits under her belt.

This song is a very personal one for Young. He was a former professional baseball prospect, suffered a career ending injury while in college which sent him into a tailspin.

He says if it wasn't for his college sweetheart, he wouldn't have come out of the dark mindset.

Their love story, along with his baseball career is chronicled in the music video for this song, which you can watch below.
