You probably have seen video of the fireball streaking across the Maine sky on Tuesday morning (if not look below).  It was quite a site to see.  If you can find a chunk of the meteorite you can make some serious cash.

If you're out and about this summer you may want look for a chuck of rock. The Maine Mineral and Gem Museum in Bethel is offering $20,000 for a piece of the meteorite weighing 2.2 pounds (1-kilogram) or more. The meteorite would then be put on display at the museum.

In case this type of thig ever happens again the museum said they plan to set up special cameras around the state to track future meteorites which should be operational by 2017.
