BIW Hiring People On The Spot Today & Tomorrow @ Civic Center

Bath Iron Works is looking to hire approximately 2,600 people in 2021. Yeah, you read that correctly. One of Maine's largest employers is looking to being in thousands more employees, and they want to talk to you.

Happening today and tomorrow (Feb 18 & 19) at the Augusta Civic Center is a massive walk-in hiring event. They're looking to fill thousands of positions from shipfitters to welders and everything in between.

Men and women of all backgrounds and skill levels are encouraged to stop in and interview. You don't even need any experience because BIW will train the right candidates. Additionally, BIW plans to make several job offers on the spot. That's right, you could walk out of the civic center with a career at BIW.
