Check Out The Parade for Chris Vallee

Hallowell resident and all-around good guy Chris Vallee is home. Chris made it back to Hallowell Monday evening and was surprised by a police escort and a parade of well-wishers to show him the love. Here is the story…

A few weeks ago Chris donated a kidney. It was a donation to a stranger, not a family member or friend. He seemed to be doing well right after but then things changed. Chris started to have complications, some very serious complications.  For whatever reason, the medical professional could not get the problems under control right away.  So they went in for another surgery about a week and a half ago and this time they were able to get ahead of what has been happening and Monday (8/3/2020) Chris was released and able to come home.
