Colby College Staffer Tests Positive For Coronavirus

According to the KJ, a Colby College staff member has tested positive for the coronavirus.

In a Thursday evening announcement to the community, the Waterville college's dean announced that a member of the school's athletic department had tested positive for COVID-19.

The staffer has been isolated and is showing mild symptoms of the virus.

Additionally, the staffer has already reached out to be they have come in contact with.

Like other Maine colleges, Colby has made the switch to online learning.  With the exception of a few that still had to arrange travel, most students left the Waterville campus on Sunday.
