Country News: Kelly Clarkson on Winning American Idol

Kelly Clarkson, the first American Idol winner, said she never wanted to win the reality show. She won the competition 16 years ago in 2002 has has become one of the most successful Idol winners. On tasteofcountry.com she says the reason she didn't want to win is because they found out the top 2 would have to make a movie and she really, really didn't want to do that.

According to tasteofcountry.com Alabama is getting ready to go on tour in 2018. They will hit the road on March 34th in Texas with their 'Hits Tour.' With 41 number 1 singles they have plenty of hits for their 22 date tour through September. The tour is not coming close to Maine.
