Destination Maine: Wings Over Wiscasset

The annual Wings Over Wiscaset is underway today and tomorrow. A percentage of the gate goes to supporting Veterans Organizations, Wiscasset Rec Cooper Di Perri, MAA scholarship fund and the Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce.

Friday:

8-10:30 Pancake Breakfast by the American Legion
10:30 Vendors Open
8:30 Static display of aircraft, warbird, and military vehicles
10 Museum Exhibit Opens
11-4 WWII Military Reenactment Camp tours
8-11pm 1940's Big Band Swing Dance

Saturday:

Opening at 8am
8am Pancake Breakfast by the American Legion
10am Airplane and Helicopter Rides
10am Vendors Open
1pm Live Big Band Era Concert & Veterans Awards Ceremony
3pm Warbird Airshow
