Forbes Magazine’s 400 Richest People in America

Forbes magazine released their list of the 400 richest people in American. To make the list you have to make at least $1.7 billion. Last year, to make the list, you only need $150 million. 

The collective wealth of those on the list is a staggering $2.34 trillion. For the 22^nd year in a row, Bill Gates is the richest with a net worth of $76 billion. Gates friend Warren Buffet, chief executive of Berkshire Hathaway holds the #2 spot with a net worth of $62 billion. Larry Ellison from the software firm Oracle is #3 with $47.5 billion.

There are 25 new comers to the list and the combined wealth of $2.34 trillion is up by $50 billion from last year.

But as they say, 'money can't by you happiness'. Ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!
