FREE PUPPIES: Watch Out For This Facebook Scam

I have been noticing this more and more on Facebook.   Specifically on the Swap and Sell or Online Yard Sale pages.  It starts out with a person advertising adorable purebred puppies to a good home for free.  Hook, line and sinker, I always notice people commenting that they are interested.   I see this ad a couple times a week.  These people are scammers.  They are looking for your personal information. 

So here's my kind deed for the day.  Don't believe everything you read on the Internet.   If it's too good to be true...it probably is.  Also, use your noggin when it comes to who you give your personal information to.  Know who you are talking to.  Check out their Facebook page before messaging.
