If you are a follower of this radio station, over the last few days you have probably heard us talk a lot about our Camp Out Hunger food drive.

We've partnered with the Capital Region Salvation Army to collect non-perishable food items and money for the local Salvation Army.

One of the great things about this event is that every you donate stays right here in Central Maine.  It is not getting sent off to Boston, or Presque Isle, Portland, or Caribou.  Instead, it is helping people that you probably interact with on a daily basis.  People you work with, people who work at your favorite stores, people your kids go to school with, etc.

While we hope that you have a chance to stop by and make a donation at our encampment at Sam's Club in Augusta, we understand that you are super busy.  That's why we have made it super easy to donate online.  That way, even if you are too swamped to make the trip to visit us, you can still help out with the cause.

The Salvation Army has set up a donation link that is SPECIFICALLY for Camp Out Hunger.  It is secure and super easy to use.  Just click on the link below and follow the instructions.

Of course, if you do have the time to stop by and see us, we'd love it!  We'll be at Sam's Club in Augusta non-stop through about Noon on Saturday, November 11th.
