5 Beautiful Hikes on the Seacoast of New Hampshire Most Anyone Can Do
If I had to pick an exercise that I could do for the rest of my life, it would be hiking. I just love being out in nature and breathing fresh air. It's good for the body and the soul.
The thing about hiking is, it can stay with you throughout your life, no matter what shape your body is in. If you know that your knees are going to give out after about 10 minutes into the walk, you might want to choose Fort Foster in Kittery, Maine.
Pawtuckaway State Park in NH Has Hiking Levels for All
If you are wanting to go to a longer hike, you might want to look at Pawtuckaway State Park in Nottingham, New Hampshire. There are many choices in this park. You can either drive in and just walk to the beach area on Pawtuckaway Lake or you can choose one of the many gorgeous trails. The Boulder trail is my favorite because they have massive boulders there that have been around for millions of years.
