It’s a free outdoor festival this Saturday, May 6 from 10 to 3 p.m. at the north end of the UMF campus.

Meet local farmers and food vendors and learn about responsible harvesting and the safe preparation of fiddleheads. You can learn how to make goat cheese, saving seeds, making your own pita bread and cannabis edibles.

There will be live music, antique tractors, stilt walkers and maybe even a belly dancer.
