Maine Heating Oil Price Up

The Governor’s Energy Office reports heating oil prices in Maine have gone up over the past few weeks.

The statewide average for No.2 heating oil is $2.02 this week which is up 7 cents from mid-July. Kerosene prices have gone up 4 cents to $2.56 and propane price rose 1 cent to $2.36.

Mainepublic.org reports the highest oil price in the Maine is $2.41 while the lowest was $1.80.
