Mainers May Get View Of The Northern Lights

It's felt like we've been in Alaska over the past month, now Mainers may get some of the benefits of living in Alaska. Federal space weather forecaster Joe Kunches said the sun shot out a string solar flare late Tuesday, which should arrive here early Thursday.The strong solar flare should expand the Aurora Borealis southward. Best viewing will be Thursday evening, weather permitting.
