Man Dressed As A Tree Blocks Portland Street And KILLS IT In The Costume Game

I've seen some strange things during my visits to Portland, but this is probably the strangest.

Yesterday, Portland police had to arrest a man, who was dressed as a tree, because he was blocking traffic.

Someone said he was on his way to his favorite TD Bank branch.  Someone else said he was having trouble logging on to the coffee shop's wifi.  I just think he was being knotty (sorry, couldn't resist).
