Mills Orders Maine Restaurants To End All Dining-In

According to WCSH, Governor Mills has ordered the end of all dining-in.  The ban goes into effect at 6 PM tonight (Wednesday, March 18th).

Other options, like take-out and drive-thru, still be available.

Gatherings of 10 or more people are also prohibited.

Her civil state of emergency declaration provides her with the authority to make those orders.
