So, everyone is all set for Super Bowl 51 between the Patriots and Falcons this Sunday. This year, I will be paying strict attention to the game, being a New England fan. But even if you are not a football fan, Super Bowl Sunday is fun day to get together with family and friends, enjoy some great food and drink, and settle in for four plus hours of entertainment. Both from the game, and from the commercials.

Advertisers know that most people will be watching and try and out do each other with the best ads during the game. And there have been some classics over the years.

In no particular order, here are a few of my favorites. Though the one with Betty White might be at the top of my list.

Reebok’s “Office Linebacker with Terry Tate” (2003)

We all wish we had a guy like Terry Tate in our workplace to take care of those irritating co workers. Here is Rebok's classic Superbowl Ad from 2003

Old Spice’s “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” (2010)

Great video editing make this one a classic. From 2010, Lady's, don't you wish your man smelled like him?

Coca-Cola’s “Mean Joe Green” (1979)

This one usually finds its way in every ones top list of Super Bowl commercials. Mean Joe Green. after a tough game, showing his softer side.

McDonald’s “The Showdown” (1993)

The showdown is a classic commercial between two of the best NBA players ever, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan. A simple game of horse for a Big Mac and fries turns into a marathon game.

Pepsi’s “Your Cheating Heart” (1996)

It isn't always easy to stay loyal to your job. This Coke delivery guy thought a Pepsi might be nice. Wrong! All to the music of "Your Cheatin Heart" This is a classic from 1996

Snickers featuring Betty White (2010)

This one still makes me laugh out loud. Sometimes you aren't yourself, until you have had that snickers bar. Betty White is hilarious in this 2010 classic

Those are just a few of my favorites Super Bowl commercials from the past few years. What's your favorite?
