NOAA Predicting a Warmer Winter for Much of United States
NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, is predicting most of the United States will see a warmer than normal winter. Except the south east...they have about a 50-50 shot.
Maine? They have Maine in a 40% to 50% chance of a warmer than normal winter. They also have Maine, and much of the nation, in the 50% zone for precipitation.
While warmer is good for the heating budget, warm wet show is a PAIN to deal with in the driveway!
