Peel an Apple in Seconds

This has to be the fastest way I have ever seen an apple being peeled. It came about in the Netherlands as chef Jasper van Ramhorst got and very large order for his tarte train and had to peel  a lot of apples in a short time. He took a drill and a peeler and went to town.
