Person Injured In Readfield Shooting

According to a report from WCSH, a person has been injured in a shooting in Readfield.

The report said that the Kennebec County Sheriff did not provide extensive details about the incident, which occurred at a home on Sturtevant Hill Road, but he did confirm the victim is still alive.

The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance WCSH reported, but there is no information on the person's condition, who shot them, or if a crime was even committed.
