Police Say Multiple Bodies Were Found Inside a Maine Home on Monday Afternoon

According to an article published by WGME 13, an investigation is underway in the town of Searsmont, Maine following the discovery of multiple bodies inside a home.

Maine State Police say that they discovered two adult corpses inside a home on Borough Road in Searsmont Monday afternoon at about 1:50 pm.

The Major Crimes Division of the Maine State Police was called in to begin an investigation into the deaths as the bodies were taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Augusta. The Medical Examiner will work to identify both the cause and manner surrounding the deaths.
