Police Seek Help In Locating Augusta Robbery Suspect

According to an Augusta Police Department press release, the Walgreens located off the rotary (West side of the Kennebec) was robbed on Saturday (July 20) evening.

The reporting party told police that at approximately 10 PM, an unidentified man entered the store demanding money.  He threatened the use of a weapon if his demands were not met.

According to the press release, the suspect is described as a "white male, approximately 5’8”-6’00” in height, dark hoodie sweatshirt, jeans, dark shoes and white facial covering".
