Straight Teen Asks Gay Best Friend to Prom

This is one of the more unusual prom couples you'll see.

Jacob Lescenski is straight, but that didn't stop him from asking his gay best friend, Anthony Martinez, to prom.

Not only did Jacob ask, but he made sure to do it so that everyone at Las Vegas Desert Oasis High School saw:

Anthony, who serves on the student council, was truly impressed by Jacob's move. He said, "He’s a real man given that he has the guts to fulfill my gay student council dream of always helping out planning dances, and never getting asked. I couldn’t ask for a better person in my life."

We say good job by Jacob, who gets points for coming up with a smart way to ask someone to prom. That's a lesson this kid could've used.
