Lewiston has been hit hard over the past few weeks with the news of jobs leaving the city. Geiger Brothers announced that up to 100 jobs would be cut and that was followed by White Rock Distilleries announcing that 160 jobs would be moved to their plant in Kentucky. However, not all the economic news is bad for Lewiston.

A new event is coming next month to Lewiston. An Ice Festival will be held at Fountain Park in Lewiston on February 22nd, 23rd and 24th. The festival will feature three ice bars, plenty of food, live music and a 8-foot-tall Sasquatch ice sculpture!
