The 2012 footage of Randy Travis' DWI arrest surfaced Monday (Dec. 4) after a federal judge denied the country singer's request to keep it private. On tasteofcountry.com a statement from Travis’ rep says the country star was behaving strangely because of the accident, substances in his body and the fact he suffered a concussion. Travis tried for years to block the video from being released.
