Fans who think that Sam Hunt "isn't country enough" didn't see his set on the third and final day of the 2018 Taste of Country Music Festival on Sunday night (June 10).

Hunt headlined Sunday, topping off another killer daily lineup that included Danielle Bradbery, Montgomery Gentry and LeAnn Rimes. Though his set was certainly laden with the kind of pop-leaning country hits that have made him into one of the biggest stars in contemporary country music, he threw the fans at Hunter Mountain a real musical curveball.

Other highlights included an unexpected cover, a really touching fan moment, a revelation about a surprising influence and one of the most jaw-dropping live performances in the six-year history of the Taste of Country Music Festival.
