Teen Hit By Car in Knox County and Left On the Side of the Road

Monday, July 22nd, a teenage girl was apparently walking along West Washington Road in Washington, Maine when she was hit by a vehicle and left there.

She was found unresponsive by a passerby at approximately 9:15 am where the individual contacted authorities.

First responders determined that her injuries were consistent with being hit by a motor vehicle according to WGME.
