Do you or do you know someone who struggles during the holiday months?  The Salvation Army will be taking applications for the upcoming 2017 holiday season.  There are several dates to choose from, but now is the time to sign up if assistance is needed.  They assist families that qualify under the Federal Low Income Guidelines.  They service the towns of Augusta, Sidney, Hallowell, Winslow, Waterville & Chelsea.

Sign up dates are:

Tuesday, October 17   4pm - 8pm (Augusta)   9am - Noon (Waterville)

Wednesday, October 18  9am - Noon (Augusta & Waterville)

Thursday, October 19  9am - Noon & 12:30pm - 2:30pm

Tuesday, October 24  4pm - 8pm (Augusta)  9am - Noon (Waterville)

Wednesday, October 25  9am - Noon & 12:30pm - 2:30pm (Augusta)

Thursday, October 26  9am - Noon (Augusta & Waterville)

Saturday, October 28 9am - Noon (Waterville)

You will need to bring the following information to register:

  • Picture ID
  • Birth certificates or social security cards for ALL children in household
  • Copy of current income tax OR verification of ALL household income
  • Proof of residency
  • Verification of address
  • PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN

YOU MAY NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY RECEIVING HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE FROM ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION OR AGENCY
